Description of Play:
Players take turns drawing cards from the deck, trying to make sets containing one each of a hundreds card, a tens card, and a ones card. Special “zero” cards (one per deck) can be used for either tens or ones. After each 3-digit number is made it is recorded and the cards are placed back in the deck. The winner is the first to create five three-digit numbers, filling their recording sheet.
