How Do You Feel? emotions activity set

This fun printable set includes a full-page printable poster showing 20 emotions, plus 36 printable cards showing these and 16 more!

Hang the poster and have participants point out how they are feeling at different times during the day.

Have each participant choose the card that most closely represents how they are feeling at the start of each day or each session.  Allow a few volunteers to explain their choices.

Use the cards to develop greater emotional intelligence and vocabulary:  Rename each card, labeling each silly face with a new descriptive name.  Use the cards to demonstrate how a real or fictional character’s emotions changed throughout an ordeal.  Or use them as creative writing prompts, basing a story on an emotional character.
